LaVonne Pepe, MSW
LaVonne Pepe (she/her) is the owner and founder of ELLEvate LLC., a boutique consultancy rooted in equity that supports organizations across various industries and sizes in program management and strengthening inclusive workplace and leadership practices. LaVonne is an organizational effectiveness specialist with a background in clinical social work, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and violence prevention. In addition to collaborating with businesses to enhance cultures of inclusion, safety, and trust she mentors and provides one-on-one professional development and leadership coaching for women+.
LaVonne received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania, and most importantly proudly shares that her mission is to leave a legacy that makes her daughter proud to call her mom, and to check off as many boxes as possible that make the world better in pursuit of a brighter future for the next generation of Brown girls like her.

Armed with a B.A. in Finance and an M.A. in Communications with a concentration in Organizational Communication, he is a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI and a Society of HR Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
As a Professor of Business & Communications, Tony imparts his wealth of knowledge in coursework covering Human Psychology, Group Communications, Public Speaking, Business and Professional Communication, and Human Resources.
Through his commitment to understanding the dynamics of human interaction, Tony strives to cultivate environments where individuals and teams can thrive, believing that when you invest in people, they reciprocate by doing their best.
